The one-time shipment program enables a shipper to utilize CHEMTREC's services on a one-time basis. This service is intended for a shipment of hazardous materials from a single point of origin to another destination. The one-time shipment program is ONLY available for shipments where BOTH the origin and destination are within the USA or Canada. Customers who do not require a full year of CHEMTREC services might want to register for a one-time shipment registration with CHEMTREC. This service is provided for $50.00 per shipment and is non-refundable for any reason. Payment is required by credit card at the time of registration and the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) for the products being shipped should accompany the registration forms. The shipment must be initiated within 7 days of registration. Registration for the one-time shipment program cannot be done online. It can only be accomplished by calling CHEMTREC Customer Service at (800) 262-8200 or 1+(703) 741-5500.
Once CHEMTREC has recorded your contact information the first time, it can be easily reactivated for any subsequent one-time shipment needs (with the appropriate fee payable for each shipment) by calling CHEMTREC Customer Service.
