The CHEMNET®  program, an exclusive benefit of CHEMTREC registration, provides additional resources for CHEMTREC registrants who may need the services of an emergency response contractor at the scene of an incident involving their product.   

CHEMNET's list of for-hire contractors is the primary resource for shippers and others that request the services of a contractor for response to a CHEMTREC hazardous material emergency incident.

Upon request, CHEMTREC can link the shipper/carrier with the CHEMNET contractor closest to the scene. 

What does CHEMNET cost?

Charges incurred from a for-hire contractor's actual response are the responsibility of the company that requests and authorizes those services.

In order to be included in the CHEMNET directory, please review the SAF Guidelines and then fill out the Self-Assessment Form (SAF), which requests detailed information about the capabilities, qualifications, certifications, and experience of the company.
