CHEMTREC Emergency Responder Survey

For more than 50 years, our engagement with emergency responders around the world has been the engine that drives our success, and we continue to remain a leading source of 24/7 call center support and information during hazardous material incidents.

Our goal is to always be the top resource for emergency responders, so we want to hear from responders on what we do best, what we could improve upon, and what additional resources we could provide that would be beneficial. Through the CHEMTREC® Emergency Responder Survey we will be able to continue to enhance our services and features to best support all first responders during hazmat incidents.

The survey will be open from March 1 - November 1, 2022. All responses are anonymous. We ask that you only complete the survey one time; however, other members of your department can complete the survey to provide their individual input.
